- Campaign creators will use funds exactly as described;
- Any promised products, services, or rewards will be delivered.
3. Responsibility of Campaign Creators
Each campaign creator is solely responsible for:

- The lawful use of funds received;
- Fulfilling any rewards or obligations described in the campaign.
Upfoundly does not control, manage, or direct the activities of campaign creators.
4. Refunds and Chargebacks
Donations are generally non-refundable. In limited cases (fraud, technical error, policy violations), refunds or reversals may be considered in coordination with payment providers.
