1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains what is prohibited on the Upfoundly Platform to protect users, donors, and campaign creators.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use Upfoundly to:

  • Engage in or promote illegal activities;
  • Fund violence, terrorism, or extremist organizations;
  • Promote hate, discrimination, or harassment based on protected characteristics;
  • Distribute sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consensual acts;
  • Sell weapons, drugs, or other prohibited goods and services;
  • Conduct gambling or betting where unlawful;
  • Commit fraud, scams, or misrepresentation;
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code;
  • Scrape, data-mine, or misuse the Platform’s data without permission.

3. User Behavior

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff;
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
  • Use automated tools to spam or overload the Platform.

4. Enforcement

Upfoundly may take any of the following actions, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue warnings to users;
  • Remove or edit content or campaigns;
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts;
  • Freeze or reverse payouts where permitted by law;
  • Report suspected illegal activities to law enforcement.

5. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that may violate this AUP, please report it using the Platform reporting tools or contact: abuse@upfoundly.com

6. Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
