Report a Campaign or Issue

We take fraud, misuse, and safety concerns seriously. If you believe a campaign or user may be violating our policies, please report it so we can investigate.

1. How to Report from the Platform

1. Open the campaign page you are concerned about.
2. Click on the “Report Campaign” flag ().
3. Select the reason for your report and provide as much detail as possible.
4. Submit your report for review.

2. Report via Email

If you cannot use the in-platform reporting tool, please email us at: abuse@upfoundly.com or support@upfoundly.com

Include the following information (if possible):

• Link to the campaign or user profile;
• A description of your concern;
• Any supporting screenshots or evidence;
• Your contact details if we need clarification.

3. What Happens After You Report

After receiving your report, we may:

• Review the campaign and associated activity;
• Request additional information from the creator;
• Temporarily pause donations while investigating;
• Remove or restrict the campaign if we confirm a violation;
• Contact law enforcement where required by law.

4. Confidentiality

We treat reports confidentially to the extent permitted by law and will not share your identity with the campaign creator without your consent, unless legally required.
